Kalvo Do Not Sell or Share
Last updated: May 4, 2026
This page explains how California residents and other users can exercise privacy choices related to the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
Kalvo does not sell personal information
Kalvo (kalvo.io) provides parallel dialing software for sales agencies. We do not sell personal information to data brokers or third parties for monetary consideration. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California law.
Our optional analytics and error-monitoring tools (described in the Cookie Policy) run only with your consent where required and are used to improve the product, not to build advertising profiles for unrelated companies.
How to submit a request
If you believe Kalvo has processed your information in a way that qualifies as a sale or share under applicable law, or if you want to confirm how we use your data, contact us at legal@kalvo.io with:
- Your name and the email address associated with your account (if any)
- A description of your request (access, deletion, correction, or opt-out)
- Your state or country of residence, if relevant
We will verify your request using reasonable methods and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (typically 45 days for CCPA/CPRA requests, with permitted extensions where allowed).
Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide proof of authorization and we may require you to verify your identity directly.
